About the object
Botanica Grand Avenue is a large-scale villa project from the developer Botanica Luxury Villas, implemented as a single master plan in the Cherngtalay area. The total area of the territory is about 285,000 m², and the project itself was initially conceived as a full-fledged residential space, and not a separate cluster of villas.
