User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users of M2HomeHub can request deletion of their account data and personal information, including data received through Facebook Login.

1. Delete data received through Facebook Login

If you used Facebook Login to access M2HomeHub, you can remove M2HomeHub from your Facebook account at any time:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Go to Settings & privacy.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Go to Apps and Websites.
  5. Find M2HomeHub in the list of connected apps.
  6. Click Remove.

Removing the app from Facebook stops future access from Facebook, but it does not automatically delete all data already stored on M2HomeHub. To request deletion from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

2. Request deletion of your M2HomeHub account data

To request deletion of your account or personal data stored by M2HomeHub, send an email to:

support@m2homehub.com

Please include the following information in your request:

  • the email address connected to your M2HomeHub account;
  • whether you registered using email, Google Login or Facebook Login;
  • a short message saying that you want your account and personal data deleted.

3. What data may be deleted

Depending on your account and activity, we may delete or anonymize:

  • your account profile information;
  • email address, phone number and contact details;
  • data received from Facebook Login or Google Login;
  • saved messages or requests connected to your account;
  • property listings and uploaded content, where deletion is permitted.

4. Data we may need to retain

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or legitimate business purposes. If we cannot delete certain information immediately, we will explain the reason where appropriate.

5. Processing time

We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time. In most cases, we aim to respond within 30 days after receiving enough information to identify the account.
