About the object

Botanica Modern Loft II is a villa complex from one of the most recognizable developers of the island, designed in a more compact and functional format. Within the Botanica line, this project occupies a niche of modern villas with optimized space, while maintaining the quality of construction and the architectural concept of the brand.

This is a format for life, where it is not demonstrativeness that is important, but real comfort and ease of use of space. The project is perceived as a calm, residential environment with an emphasis on practicality and modern style.

Villas

The project was implemented in the format of a gated villa community with security and low building density. Due to this, a feeling of privacy and seclusion is maintained inside, without the feeling of a “dense” development. The villas in the project are represented by one-story houses with 3–4 bedrooms, designed in a compact and functional format. The space is organized around a central living area, which combines the living room and kitchen and flows smoothly into the terrace with a swimming pool.

Each villa includes a private pool, private plot and parking space. The layouts are thought out in such a way as to maintain a balance between open and private areas, making the house comfortable for both living and renting.
