Botanica Skyport is a more dynamic and practical project in the developer’s lineup, focused on the comfort of everyday life and convenient logistics. It's less about a secluded resort format and more about a real, lively rhythm - with quick access to all the key points of the island. 

The project is located in the northern part of Phuket and is designed in the brand’s recognizable modern tropical style. Unlike the more spacious and “resort” Botanica projects, here the emphasis is on functionality and optimal use of space. The architecture remains laconic: clean lines, light facades, large glass openings and open areas that combine the interior with the garden and pool.

Botanica Skyport is an ultra-boutique villa project consisting of only 5 villas. The project is not designed for mass use: there is no dense development here, there is no feeling of a complex - only a limited number of private residences with a high degree of privacy.
