Akara Pool Villas is a boutique complex of private villas with swimming pools, located in the northwest of Phuket in the Nai Thon area. The project is designed in a modern Scandinavian minimalist style, which combines laconic architecture, functional layouts and bright interiors. 

The complex has a chamber format and includes a limited number of residences, which ensures privacy.

• plot area: about 256 – 288 m². 

3 Bedroom Pool Villa

• 1st floor
• 3 bedrooms
• 3 bathrooms
• living area: about 255 m²
• plot: about 453 m². 

Layout features: open-plan living room and kitchen, panoramic windows, relaxation terrace, private garden, private pool. 

The design is focused on maximizing the use of natural light and visually connecting the interior space with the garden and pool.

The project has the basic infrastructure of a gated residential complex.

Location

The project is located next to Nai Thon beach on the northwestern coast of Phuket.

Nai Thon Bay is relatively small and naturally bordered by hills and forests, which discourages large-scale development and maintains the tranquil character of the area. 

Unlike the popular resort areas of Phuket, there are practically no large tourist flows and nightlife here.
